The small company offices are located at Dunmore, Galway in the Republic of Ireland. Since the Company was incorporated in 1980 until October 1998, the Company was exclusively involved in public works. The Company was restructured in October 1998 when the contracts manager, Tony Walsh became a share holder and director. The Company has since diversified into building, private developments and marine works.
In 2003, Patton Construction (Ireland) Ltd, as part of its continuing expansion plan acquired Norfolk Marine Ltd., a British registered company, which had an excellent reputation in the construction of marine works throughout Europe. Since the acquisition, Norfolk Marine Ltd. has offices located in the Drumrooske Business Park, Donegal Town.
